This personal information is used to acknowledge receipt of your donation for tax purposes. When you send a donation in honor of or in memory of someone and request that an acknowledgement be sent to another individual or a family, we will use the name and address of that individual or family for acknowledgement purposes only.

When you make a gift on our site, your email will be entered into our donor database. We may send you emails or mailings in the future informing you of other giving opportunities or providing news about Beth Israel Medical Center.
