As part of that work, we are conducting one-on-one conversations with current and former patients and donors in order to understand better and engage those who have used Beth Israel Medical Center. These interviews will help to expand our base of support and discover what people know about Beth Israel Medical Center today, what they believe we do well, and where we could improve.
